I like building things that solve real problems. At BRASA, that means working on production software; at UCF Downtown, it means leading people, operations, and programs that serve hundreds of students. Both have shaped how I approach problems: understand the people and constraints first, design a solution that makes sense, build it, and keep improving it.

  1. Brazil

    I grew up in Minas Gerais, where I studied computer science and worked as a teaching assistant for introductory programming at IFMG. Teaching other students helped me learn how to break difficult problems into smaller, understandable pieces.

  2. Arrival

    I moved to the United States to continue my education while still becoming comfortable speaking English day to day. At the same time, I had to learn a new academic system, culture, and professional environment.

  3. ≈ 1 year

    Within my first year, I became fluent in English and much more comfortable navigating life in the U.S. That experience taught me how quickly I can learn when I am willing to ask questions, adapt, and keep moving forward.

  4. Now

    Today, I build production software, study computer science at UCF, and lead student programming at UCF Downtown. I am continuing to grow toward a career in software engineering, cloud, and security.
